7. Termination

The Platform Owner may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
